Our Story
Save the Date Rental was founded one evening when my wife and I sat in our dinning room looking at wedding rental companies. We noticed a lack of credible rental companies. Half put together websites, unreliable reviews and questionable reliability. We decided after looking for hours online that this is something we could fix. A hole in the market that needed filled.

This is when we decided to found Save the Date Rental LLC. To bring that professionalism and reliability to the party rental industry in Indianapolis and surrounding cities. We wanted to bring people more options than just another tent and table rental company. Who said you couldn't rent hurricane candles, donut walls or a red carpet from a reliable company?

This is why Save the Date was founded and what my wife and I hope to achieve. A successful party rental company that both the individual and companies alike can rely on and achieve the best possible event imaginable. After all everyone has the same goal, to create the most memorable event they can and a rental company shouldn't be the thing that holds you back.
