How Do I Place An Order?

Do you provide Pickup & Delivery?

Yes, Save the Date Rental offers pickup & delivery! Rates vary depending on location of your event and if setup is needed. For additional information reach out to us or travel to our resource page to see a better breakdown of our pricing.

How does pricing work?

Most prices are rated for a one day rental. If you need to rent for longer periods of time, contact our office for longer term rates. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

How and When do I pay?

Payments are due before items are released to customers. A 50% non refundable deposit is required at initial order, the balance is due upon release of order, or for deliveries 3 days prior.

Can I change my order?

Additions are welcome based on availability. Small changes prior to delivery/pickup can be accommodated. Major item deletions from order may result in forfeit of deposit.

When will my items be delivered/Picked up?

The delivery and pickup times will be notated on your rental contract by our consultant at the time of ordering.

What type of service can I expect when the truck arrives?

Standard delivery/pickup charges are to tailgate drop off. If delivery/pickup is to be made to a specific floor or area an additional labor charge may be incurred. Our personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place.

Will my rental equipment be setup and taken down?

Set up and take down services are available for an additional charge. These arrangements MUST be made in advance of delivery and pickup. Feel free to reach out for rates are travel to our resources page for charges/fees.

What is my responsibility for merchandise return?

Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of receipt to time of return. Tables and chairs should be taken down, stacked and ready for pickup. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Mildewed linens returned in plastic bags will be charged to the customer. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?

We do charge for missing, broken, damaged and weather damaged items. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather. We offer a Waiver of Damage to protect you from any unexpected damage that may occur during your rental.
